Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Yes, in nearly every MLS in the US, as long as you disclose that the photo is virtually staged. We add a small "Virtually staged" label option and give you the disclosure wording to paste into the listing remarks.
Does it change the room itself?
No. Walls, floors, windows, ceilings and fixtures stay exactly as photographed. Only furniture and decor are added. Altering structural elements is not allowed on most MLSs, so we don't do it.
What if the result looks off?
Run it again in the same or a different style. Each run uses one credit. Most agents get a photo they'd use on the first or second try.
What photo quality do I need?
Any decent phone photo shot in landscape works. Good light and a wide angle give the best results. Blurry or very dark photos come out worse.
How do I cancel?
