Virtual Staging Kit is operated by Decidely LLC (Wyoming, USA). This policy explains what we collect and why.
Your email address and name when you create an account. Photos you upload and the images we generate from them. Basic usage data (pages visited, credits used) and technical data such as browser type and IP address. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
To run the Service, generate your images, manage your subscription, send transactional emails (receipts, credit updates) and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting and storage), our AI image provider (image generation), Netlify (website hosting) and Google (analytics and advertising measurement). Each provider processes data only to deliver its service to us.
Uploaded and generated images are kept for 90 days after creation, then deleted. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@virtualstagingkit.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete, which we honour on request.
We use strictly necessary cookies for login and, if you accept, analytics and advertising cookies from Google to measure campaigns.
