Virtual Staging Kit ("the Service") is operated by Decidely LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
You upload photographs of interior or exterior spaces and the Service generates digitally furnished versions using artificial intelligence. Outputs are delivered as downloadable image files.
The Pro plan costs US$49 per month and includes 30 image generations per billing period. Unused generations roll over for 30 days. Extra credit packs (10 generations for US$19) never expire. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you have not used any credits, you may request a full refund of the current month within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@virtualstagingkit.com. Credit packs are non-refundable once any credit has been used.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them. You receive a worldwide, perpetual licence to use generated images for any lawful purpose, including MLS listings, websites, advertising and print. We may use uploaded and generated images internally to improve the Service, never for advertising without your written consent.
Generated images are for marketing purposes only. You are responsible for complying with your MLS, brokerage and local rules, including disclosing that images are virtually staged. Do not use the Service to misrepresent a property's structure, condition or size.
The Service is provided "as is". AI outputs can contain errors. We do not guarantee any particular result, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
